A bilingual singer, recording artist, writer, and stage actor, Melody Rodriguez has established herself as a performer that shines in many genres of the industry. Rodriguez has brought her powerhouse vocal prowess to Carnegie Hall and Radio City Music Hall, while also sharing the stage with legends Earth-Wind-and-Fire and Gloria Gaynor. Her most recent credit was being a lead soloist for the World Cup ("El Mundial") as part of the Telemundo Upfronts 2022, which opened up the stage for Ozuna, and was directed by Broadway veteran Luis Salgado. You can also see her singing with Fever Presents: Candlelight Concerts ~ The Best of Amy Winehouse. The show has SOLD OUT multiple times, and Rodriguez' residency landed her an interview with NBC/NEW YORK LIVE. Rodriguez also created and musically directs the Just the Melody Band: a diverse and interactive music experience meets dance band; catered to premiere entertainment. The ensemble performed for thousands at the White Plains Ball Drop for 2023 as seen on News12.
 

The Queens native received her formal training from the CAP21 Conservatory, where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Theatre Arts. She is also a proud member of the AEA. Rodriguez would go on to play some coveted roles on the stage. Reviewers for Broadway World have called her “...extraordinary... proving to be one of the strongest performances in the production.” Her most recent theatre credit was Daniela in a regional production of Lin-Manuel Miranda's In the Heights, where she performed with original Broadway cast members. Up next, Rodriguez can be seen in the bi-lingual commercials for Rejuvenate energy drinks...She is also currently touring nationally as a Tribute Artist for the Latin Icons show, MI GENTE LIVE! (honored with the City Artist Corps Award in 2021) where she is paying homage to acts like Shakira, Selena, and JLO.
